It’s TMI Tuesday
And I’m bored, so send those Asks my way.

Valerie. 23. Ghent, Belgium. This is my personal. Book blog is over at IsserleyLovesBooks.tumblr.com :) Nerdfighter. Student. I read a lot :) I answer asks privately, anons publically. If you ask as yourself and would like me to publish it, or think it might be nice if I did, just let me know. :)

be careful, On The Road isn’t an easy one to read aloud - none of the Beats are. but i love the idea!
Actually changed my mind already since I’ve both seen the movie, ergo it’s not all-new, and I’ve never read the book, ergo, it’s too new.
Now considering One Hundred Years of Solitude as it’s very dense, story-wise and also has a number of “oh god, what the fuck is going on now?” moments. Or an Austen. One of the less beloved ones.

omg good luck, get some tissues, cake, ice cream, and a blanket.
Thank you for your advice, but as I didn’t get it until afterwards, I had to make do with just the blanket ;)

How the hell are you at Silence in the Library already?
Time travel.

ALL River episodes thus far have been Moffat episodes, with the exception of one. And since that was a cameo, it’s likely that Moffat probably wrote her scene even though the episode itself was credited to Gareth Roberts.
Yes, I thought this might be the case. It was more of a “this storyline seems like a Moffat one” type of thing :)

I like it, but I suck at blog feedback.
Well, I appreciate your liking it, then :) Feel free to let me know if you’d like to see more of a certain type of content, or if you’d like to ask me a question about a specific book or whatever :) I aim to please!

personally,I want to get through my 20 pages of tumblr every day and your well-founded opinions r a lot to read.I hardly know your books2,srr
I totally understand ;) So are you interested in the quotes or pictures then? Or would you go to the page itself pr the index on a quiet moment, to read at your leisure?
mariakleopatra answered your question: Moment of book blog insecurity.
it doesn’t, and you know that. tumblr is just a very passive medium, first, and also very visual. how many posts are pics and how many text?
It is quite passive, I get that :/ That’s why I post photosets, and also put the reviews in a photo format. I guess it’s half-and-half.
I know tumblr is visually oriented, but my images don’t get a lot more notes than the reviews. It’s actually the quotes I post that get reblogged and liked most often.
@11 months ago with 1 noteAnonymous asked: So I drive aaaalllll the way to Fnac in Wijnegem, spend freaking half an hour trying to find a parking spot (my hate for families with small children spending their Saturday happily shopping together has now reached unprecedented levels) then I FINALLY reach the store only to have the lady tell me they didn't have Under The Skin in stock... So I ordered it online wheeyyyyy!
Well, Anon, you do realize that I’m just using all these clues to figure out who you are, right? Close, but not very, to Wijnegem. Noted!
*puts on deerstalker hat*
I approve of your actions! Under The Skin is the epitome of awesome and I think everyone should read it, especially now that a crap movie is going to come out that pretends to be based on it.
/rant I CAN’T.
Anyway, woohoo! Know that IRL I would now high-five you in an enthousiastic manner. I count on your sending another Ask when you get and read it :)
